What do the rates include on the pricing page of a villa or apartment? Rates include the cleaning and laundry after the rental, all community fees, all electric bills (based on normal use of the electrical items already in the property) and all water bills. (top)
What is included in the welcome pack ? The basic welcome pack comes with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, fruit juice, bread, butter, cheese, ham, jam, wine. Also included is an information folder containing details of the local area and local events, together with a map of the local area. (top)
